12 artists around the world design BAPE 30th anniversary prints

In an effort to reinterpret the brand’s iconic logo, BAPE GALLERY has ventured out towards 12 artists worldwide to create limited edition BAPE 30th anniversary prints and celebrate history.

Due to its abundance of fashionable clothing releases, wealth of sneaker releases and collaborations, and other factors, the streetwear brand created by Nigo (Tomoaki Nagao) has been a vital player in the streetwear industry for the past three decades.

Each of the 12 designs of the limited edition BAPE 30th anniversary prints are a unique recreation of BAPE’s iconography and signature style, and is personally signed and numbered. In honor of the brand’s anniversary, the art from the BAPE GALLERY has completed a world tour, and it is now available for purchase online.

The Japanese streetwear pioneer’s camo graphics, BAPE head, and more were reworked by Adam Lister, Alvaro Ilizarbe, Arkiv Vilmansa, Eric Inkala, Jasper Wong, Lilkool, OSO DE AGUA, Sam Taylor, Simone Legno of tokidoki, and Tomotatsu Gima using multicolored ensembles, their own signature characters, vibrant mosaics, abstract patterns, floral imagery, and more.

With only 300 units available for each, the prints are now available for purchase at UK.BAPE.com. Prices range from $274 to $411 (£220-£330).
