Limited edition BBC x Michael Kagan Astronaut Figures launch in two colorways
Luxury streetwear brand Billionaire Boys Club and visual artist Michael Kagan have collaborated in the BBC x Michael Kagan Astronaut Figures that will be launching in both gold and chrome metal colorways.
Born in Virginia Beach and currently residing in Brooklyn, Kagan is renowned for creating oil paintings with bold, expressive brushstrokes that depict the mental and emotional journey experienced by explorers of all kinds, from mountaineers to astronauts. Like the artwork he created for the BBC x Kagan 2019 capsule, his dramatic paintings show humans pushing the boundaries of nature through physical prowess and technology.
On April 6, the Billionaire Boys Club will host Michael Kagan in the BBC ICECREAM NYC flagship shop to commemorate the release of the BBC x Michael Kagan Astronaut Figures. Then, customers can shop in-store for the collectibles.
The BBC x Michael Kagan Astronaut Figures will be available for $550 in either gold or chrome metal finishes beginning on April 7 at BBCICECREAM.com. The products will also be sold at the Miami and New York flagship shops.
