UNO Artiste Series welcomes the UNO Takashi Murakami edition
The UNO Takashi Murakami edition has been announced as the latest entry to the UNO Artiste Series, the classic card game that’s collaborated with Shepard Fairey, Nina Chanel Abney, Jean-Michel Basquait, and Keith Haring. Now, Japanese contemporary artist Takashi Murakami has designed an edition of his own.
Murakami has become well-known not only as an artist but also for the distinctively designed apparel he creates in partnership with Crocs, Supreme, and Vans, including sneakers, shoes, t-shirts, and skateboards. With the UNO Takashi Murakami edition, the artist’s signature superflat artwork and rainbow-petaled flowers can be discovered along with other eye-catching designs.
On August 5, the Murakami UNO cards will be on sale on the Mattel Creations website for $25, with a limit of two purchases per customer, and comes with a 5×7 mini poster. Take a closer look at the photos below.
