The ACG Watercat Court Purple is a prime pick for the beach
There’s a new addition to Nike’s All Conditions Gear (ACG) lineup, the ACG Watercat Court Purple. Nike’s all-terrain product line is known for its high-performance footwear that can withstand any terrain and weather condition, and this time around, the Watercat proves to be a solid choice for the water.
One of the main features of the Nike ACG Watercat Court Purple is its water-resistant upper. Nike has swapped out some of the textile ribbons used on the previous variant for a bungee-like woven synthetic material. The upper provides protection from and within water while also allowing for breathability, making it comfortable to wear for extended periods.
The shoe’s outsole is designed to provide excellent traction on both wet and dry surfaces. It features a durable rubber compound with deep grooves that provide grip and stability. The shoe also has a sticky rubber toe and heel cap that provides extra traction, and a bungee lace system that allows for easy adjustments on the fly and a secure fit.
It also features a phylon midsole that provides cushioning and support for the foot. This midsole is lightweight, which helps reduce fatigue during extended usage. Additionally, the shoe has a TPU heel counter that provides added support.
We’re loving the bungee cordish pattern, especially in this lilac purple that’s bound to stand out at the beach or other aquatic environments. The two-tone is a nice touch as well.
Expect the Nike ACG Watercat Court Purple to drop on the SNKRS for $125 in the upcoming months.
