John Wick 4 First Trailer Get A Surprise Reveal

Keanu Reeves crashes San Diego Comic-Con to bring the John Wick 4 first trailer

On Friday at the 2022 San Diego Comic-Con, the John Wick 4 first trailer was unveiled by Keanu Reeves, teasing some of the upcoming battles Reeves will engage in when the fourth installment of the action-thriller film hits theaters on March 24, 2023. The 57-year-old actor completely caught the audience off guard when he offered them a sneak preview of Wick’s comeback.

Reeves initially attended the convention to promote “Brzrkr,” his first comic book released by Boom! Studios last year. Once Reeves disrupted the Collider’s Directors on Directing panel in Hall H, which featured John Wick 4 director Chad Stahelski as a panelist, the one-minute teaser trailer was presented to the crowd.

“Sorry to crash the party, they threw me out here,” joked Reeves.

The John Wick 4 first trailer opens with Wick bloodied and punching a roped pole. He then gets asked the following: “Have you given any thought to where this ends? The table will never stop. You know this. No one, not even you, can kill everyone.”

Familiar faces return to the upcoming film including Laurence Fishburne as Bowery King, Lance Reddick as Charon, and Ian McShane as Winston. Martial artist and “Ip-Man” star Donnie Yen and “The Last Samurai” actor Hiroyuki Sanada will join the cast with their fitting background in action films.

“Are you ready, John?” says Laurence Fishburne’s Bowery King.

“Yeah,” answers Wick.

So are we Baba Yaga, so are we. According to Stahelski and Reeves, the film will be set in five different countries including America, Japan, Berlin, Paris, and Jordan. Along with the John Wick 4 first trailer, the first poster for the movie was also showcased to the fans and attendees at the panel. Next March can’t come soon enough.
