Prepare for the last season with the Arcane Season 2 trailer
The Arcane Season 2 Trailer has dropped, titled “Come Play”, and showcases the onset of a civil war between the oppressed underground of Zaun and the affluent city of Piltover. After launching a rocket at the Piltover Council back in Season 1, Jinx is now at the forefront of the war.
“You have the chance to rally the undercity together. You’re a symbol,” says Sevika who has teamed up with Jinx even after the murder of her mentor, Silco. The Arcane Season 2 trailer shows the citizens of Zaun greeting Jinx. We also see Vi, accompanied by Vander, looking up at a mural of Jinx. Makes sense that the people would support Jinx’s activities because Vander, Jinx’s now-deceased adoptive father, was well-liked in Zaun and worked as a bartender.
With no apparent mention of Jayce or Viktor, the Come Play trailer mostly concentrates on the interactions between Jinx, Vi, and Caitlyn. Riot Games obviously does not want to reveal whether or not they make it through the cliffhanger finish of the previous season.

That said, a man with a piece of Hextech in his arm can be seen near the end of the Come Play trailer. Additionally, Jayce used to wear an armband with a Hextech crystal on his wrist that looked similar. New legends will surely be featured in the upcoming season. Not trying to spoil anything here, so just watch the trailer for yourself to find out who exactly it may be.
“Arcane is just the beginning of our larger storytelling journey and partnership with the wonderful animation studio that is Fortiche Production,” said Arcane co-creator Christian Linke. “From the very beginning, since we started working on this project, we had a very specific ending in mind, which means the story of Arcane wraps up with this second season. But Arcane is just the first of many stories that we want to tell in Runeterra.”
The new season will be released in three acts on November 9, 16, and 23. Watch the full Arcane Season 2 trailer below.
