AGDQ 2022 Schedule – Awesome Games Done Quick Is Back

The AGDQ 2022 schedule is here and starts today!

Wait no longer, the AGDQ 2022 schedule is here and the start date is January 9. Has it actually been a whole year since the last Awesome Games Done Quick? We are excited to check out the charitable game speedrunning event as always. So what’s in store this time around?

Back for its 13th year, the weeklong AGDQ 2022 event will be live 24 hours a day for the next seven days from Sunday, January 9 through Saturday, January 15. Just like the previous year, all donations will go toward the Prevent Cancer Foundation. Some big highlights for 2022 include Deathloop and Kena: Bridge of Spirits which were both just released a few months back in September of 2021. Another newcomer is Psychonauts 2, Double Fine’s 2021 sequel to their 2005 cult classic.

Throwbacks to look forward to include an “any%” (difficult) run of Mega Man 2, an “all trophy race” 3-way race on Diddy Kong Racing, and a “VS Mode” (very hard) playthrough of Tetris Attack. For more information, check out the AGDQ 2022 schedule here on the Games Done Quick site.

Thanks to the AGDQ 2022 schedule, we have access to the specific times to catch each speedrun, so it’s not necessary to tune in and wait for what’s to come. Game titles, speedrun types, completion times, and player names are provided. Several hosts break up intermissions and also recap the day’s events near the end of each scheduled day.

Viewers can watch the event directly on the GDQ website or also on Twitch if they prefer. In any case, GDQ and its affiliated speedruns benefit a worthy cause in cancer prevention. It should be a fun week filled with unique runs.
