The Superstar, Astir, and Forum Low will be featured in the Adidas x Hello Kitty collaboration
The eye-catching Adidas x Hello Kitty collaboration will unite the brand with three stripes along with Sanrio’s most well-known character together in the footwear sector. After making an appearance with Nike and the Air Presto, Hello Kitty will brand-hop over to Adidas to release not one, but three separate pairs of sneakers.
Three Adidas Originals silhouettes will be featured in the Adidas x Hello Kitty collaboration, starting with the Superstar. The “Cloud White/Cloud White/Bliss Pink” color scheme complements the shoe’s adorable elements. The entire upper, including the side perforations, three stripes, and shell toe, is made of leather that is primarily cloud white in color. A graphic of Hello Kitty is featured on the rear lateral heel as an homage to the fashionable feline.
Each pair of Hello Kitty Adidas Superstars comes with a set of two-tone laces that are divided down the middle, with the right having a pair of red and white laces while the left has pink and white. The ends of each lace is met with Hello Kitty beads. White polka dots and pink Adidas embroidery cover the black heel tab that matches the insoles. A white rubber midsole and an outsole with colorful polka dots are found under the Hello Kitty Adidas Superstars.
Next up is the Astir, which comes in a “Core Black/Bliss Pink/Cloud White” palette and switches a bowtie on its collar along with pink and red laces. Its base is made with black suede and the tongues are embroidered with Hello Kitty branding. There’s also an alternate Astir colorway that’s made with a white mesh base and comes in White/Vivid Red/Core Black.
The last silhouette of the Adidas x Hello Kitty collaboration is the Forum Low, sporting a “Core Black/Cloud White/Bliss Pink” colorway. The shoe combines a red, white, and pink color scheme with black overlays that are covered with white polka dots. Black overlays also cover the toe boxes, vamp, and heels. A beautiful pink border surrounds the black straps, and Hello Kitty’s iconic head graphic is featured over on the lateral side.
